Hello everybody..

I'm here to tell you an interesting fact from history.. Everyone of you will be aware of the famous mughal ruler Babur.. Yes the founder of the great mughal dynasty in India.. Thiugh he is famous for many things, the first thing that comes in every historicans mind is his first invasion against Ibrahim Lodi.. Ya.. With a very small army when compared to Lodis' huge army, Babur obtained a huge and comfortable victory in first battle of panipet.. Babur himself said in his autobiography(Baburnama) that the reason for his victory was

1. Novelty
2. Loyality
3. Team work
4. Efficient training

these things being imbibed to his soildiers..


I was surprised when i was reading a weekly magazine. It was a article about Ambani. There was a part from one of his T.V interview, in which he had said that the reason for his success was that he had taught his employees the four basic formula for success.. they were

1. Novelty
2. Loyality
3. Team work
4. Efficient training

Isn't it interesting??? The formula of success, right from ancient age to now has been simple...
